Differences in opinions can be real roadblocks in our patient's progress and reasons for Misalignment in pediatric pain care are manifold and multilayered. 

To address them effectively, we must be tactful, because opinions are often closely tied/rooted in with people’s emotions rather than objective information or knowledge.
