Oct 12, 2020

In these trying times, it is not uncommon to observe more emotional distresses, anxiety, depression, and grief from the inability to go out and engage with people. Given that, how can working with children  around their pain be further improved? Not only in helping them in dealing with their physiological pain but also their psychological needs and distress?

Sam Huestis PhD is a Pediatric Pain Psychologist specializing in chronic pediatric pain management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Biofeedback, Family Therapy, Group Therapy, and clinical research, in pediatrics.
